Privacy Policy ex art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR")

Dear user,
in accordance with article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that Alfa Ossidazione S.r.l. as Data Controller, will process - for the purposes and methods described below - the personal data provided by you when completing the form on the contact page of the site and, in particular:

A) Name and surname
B) Email address

1. Legal basis and purpose of the processing.
The aforementioned processing is based on your consent and is intended to provide you with the requested response.

2. Methods of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out, also with the aid of electronic means, through  the operations indicated in Article 4 n. 2) of the GDPR and specifically: the processing of personal data may consist in the collection, registration, organization, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

3. Compulsory nature of the provision
The provision of data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes listed above.
Any refusal to provide the above data will make it impossible for Alfa Ossidazione S.r.l. to provide you with the requested response.

4 Data provision purpose
Your personal data will be made available to personnel specially appointed by Alfa Ossidazione S.r.l.
The personal data you provide will not be disclosed.

5. Transfer of the  data abroad.
5.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy. In any case, it is intended that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and in particular those referred to in Title V of the GDPR.

5.2 Apart from the circumstances referred to in paragraph 5.1., your data will not be transferred outside the EU.

6. Data retention period
Your data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were acquired and in any case not later than 60 days. The verification of obsolescence on the data being processed with respect to the purposes for which they were collected and processed is periodically carried out.

8. Rights of the interested party
You will dispose, at any time, of the data concerning you;  you can also  know  how they were acquired, check  if they are accurate, complete, up-to-date and well  - guarded, ask for their correction or cancellation pursuant to art. 16 and 17 GDPR. You will also be entitled to receive the personal data you have provided and processed with your consent, in a structured and commonly used format that is readable by automatic devices  and to revoke at any time the consent given to the processing of data. Pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, you  will have the right to oppose in whole or in part, to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation.

These rights may be exercised by specific application to be sent by registered mail - or PEC - to the Data Controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

This cookies and browsing data policy aims to explain the technical and IT profiles underlying browsing on the site and to give general  guidance on actions to reject or delete, if desired, cookies on the site.

Browsing data
Premise. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
